Croatia-based Katarina Line is offering travel agents the chance to get onboard its fleet with free fams on three of its deluxe sailings.

The trips, which kick off in July, will also offer agents the opportunity to bring a companion for 30 percent off the double occupancy rate. Those fares start at $1,515 per person after the discount.

Available fam sailings include:

  • Katarina’s Adriatic Explorer itinerary on July 14, which leaves from Opatija before calling in ports including Zadar, Split, and Korcula, and finishing the sailing in Dubrovnik.
  • 4 Northern Gem itinerary that sails roundtrip from Split and calls at Trogir, Rogoznica, Krka Waterfalls, Kornati, Zadar and Zarlin.
  • 11 Dalmatia Paradise sailing on the MC My Way, which journeys round-trip from Split and features calls at Korcula, Dubrovnik, the island of Hvar, and the town of Bol on the island of Brac.

Fares include daily buffet breakfasts, three-course lunches, and a Captain’s dinner.

Katarina Line is also giving an additional 10 percent commission to agents booking passengers on these sailings. According to Marketing Director Daniel Hauptfeld, the line owes much of its success to agents.

“We’re always eager to host travel agents, who account for more than 98 percent of all our bookings. We want them to see for themselves the beauty and charm of Croatia, so that they can sell Croatia with confidence,” he said.
