Cruise Planners Expands Training Options

Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative, launched a training program for its agencies called Cruisitude™ Academy. The mobile-friendly online learning platform encompasses more than 150 courses, available in learning modules averaging 15 to 20 minutes long. The program, which also includes live weekly webinars, contains content suitable for every level of expertise, from new entrants to high-producing agents, Cruise Planners said. Cruisitude™ Academy is the latest initiative of an expanded training and development team at Cruise Planners. Earlier this year, the franchisor rolled out a virtual associate training program designed to support franchise owners in onboarding and training new associates. That program features 12 days of virtual training for new associates, along with live check-in sessions.
