The Travel Institute will kick off its 10th annual “Season of Giving” on Black Friday, offering tuition assistance for travel professionals at all levels of experience. In addition, all advisors are eligible for free enrollment in the Paris Destination Specialist Course.

“Continued education is a mindset for serious professionals,” asserted Guida Botelho, CTIE, senior director of education for The Travel Institute. “We’ve seen it over and over; the industry’s brightest stars at every level take their profession very seriously—and that includes ensuring they take the time to learn at every stage of their career.”

This year’s Season of Giving offers include:

  • 20% off certification programs including the Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Certified Travel Counselor (CTC), and Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE)
  • 20% off an Education Hub subscription, which gives advisors 24/7 access to on-demand continued learning including white papers and PEP Talks sourced from experts within and outside the travel industry. The Hubs Perks section also offers exclusive tools, discounts, and more.
  • Complimentary access to the Paris Destination Specialist course, which provides information on the must-see attractions, culture, special events, trade secrets, dining, and entertainment, as well as practical knowledge about things like passport and visa requirements, transportation options, France’s hotel rating system, geography and climate, and much more. Specialist credentials are earned through an optional exam and experiential checklist.  Successful completion of a specialization course qualifies for 10 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), an annual requirement for CTA, CTC, and CTIE professionals.

The Travel Institute’s Season of Giving is available through the end of 2025.
