Meg Murgatroyd Joins Just You as New Head of Trade Sales for North America.

Solo travel company Just You has named Meg Murgatroyd as its new head of trade sales for North America.

Murgatroyd is an industry veteran who has spent time at Carlson Wagonlit, CAA, Fun Sun Vacations, and the Walt Disney Company. Most recently, she served as the global partnership director at Quark Expeditions, a company she was at for seven years.

In her new role, Murgatroyd will be tasked with helping supporting the travel trade in Canada.

“Meg is well respected by agents and brings a wealth of experience to her new position. We have ambitious plans for growth with our travel agent partners and appointing Meg is our first step in becoming the number one solo travel operator for agents in Canada,” Tom Morgan, Just You’s trade sales director, said in a statement.

Just You is geared exclusively towards solo travelers, not charging a single supplement on its tours while guaranteeing all guests a twin or double room to themselves. It offers trips across Europe, in Asia, the Caribbean, South America, and more, with groups typically between 35 and 40 people.

The company said this week that India, Italy, Jordan, and Japan are currently the most popular destination for its Canadian clients.
