After a soft opening in December Margaritaville’s laid-back beach oasis will make its grand debut in Nassau, Bahamas this summer.

Originally slated to open in June, Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau will officially open its doors in July on the eastern end of the famed Junkanoo Beach.

Located at the entrance to downtown Nassau and within walking distance to cruise ship terminals, Margaritaville Beach Resort is the anchor of a high-end, waterfront entertainment and lifestyle development known as The Pointe.

The resort features two separate towers totaling 300 rooms, including 68 suites with direct views of the beach. The Hotel Tower features contemporary, Caribbean-inspired rooms; the One Particular Harbour Tower houses premium guestrooms and suites, complete with balconies and full chefs’ kitchens or kitchenettes.

Twelve dining options range from the casual Italian eatery, Frank & Lola’s, to a premier dining experience at JWB Prime Steak & Seafood with world-class steaks, seafood, and more. For a nightcap, guests can stop at Changes in Latitude or Graycliff Sky Lounge.

The resort will offer a wide range of activities, retail shops, and amenities such as the FlowRider Surf Simulator at Fins Up Water Park, private movie theater, virtual-reality sports, karaoke, bowling, and billiards. Other highlights include the St. Somewhere Spa and the Parakeets Kid’s Club.

There are also 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and a dedicated sales and event team to coordinate custom concepts.

The global lifestyle brand inspired by Jimmy Buffett, Margaritaville Hotels & Resorts operates 24 properties. It also has an all-inclusive portfolio in partnership with Karisma Hotels.
