A new family-friendly licensed resort is coming to Florida: Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando.

Lion Star, Everest Place, and Paramount announced their partnership for the new resort, which is slated to open in 2026. The property will be located in the Everest Place project in Kissimmee, Florida—a $1 billion mixed-use development close to Walt Disney World. Lion Star, the exclusive U.S. licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts, will operate the Nickelodeon hotel portion.

The resort will have 400 rooms and condo units, all themed to Nickelodeon’s portfolio of brands, like Spongebob Squarepants, PAW Patrol, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT). Guests and condo owners can enjoy themed dining experiences, the Aqua Nick water park, Club Nick, Nick retail shops, character interactions, and even the iconic Nickelodeon tradition: getting slimed.

“The new Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will bring guests and residents an exciting new way to express their fandom and make long-lasting memories,” said Pam Kaufman, Paramount’s president and CEO of international markets, global consumer products & experiences. “I am thrilled that this resort is set to become yet another unforgettable travel destination in our award-winning portfolio, offering top family-focused amenities.”

Restaurant options include Le Spatula (named in honor of SpongeBob’s iconic spatula) and the TMNT-themed Mikey’s Pizzeria. At the end of the day, guests can kick back with a drink at the ‘90s-inspired late-night Snick Lounge, which features games, sports, live music and the Big Orange Couch.

“Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is poised to set the standard for family vacations, seamlessly blending world-class entertainment with forward-thinking accommodation options,” says Mario Mathieu, senior vice president of business development, design and construction, Karisma Hotels & Resorts. “Lion Star Hospitality Inc. is committed to elevating this venture to new heights, ensuring that families and Nickelodeon enthusiasts alike enjoy the Slime of their life.”
