Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, Dominican Republic will reveal new features and renovations in spring 2024.

The themed resort, a partnership between Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Paramount, has been upgraded to include new eateries, updated immersive features, and the expansion of Aqua Nick waterpark.

“These renovations are part of Karisma Hotels & Resorts’ commitment to delivering exceptional stays and unforgettable memories,” said Frank Maduro, president of Premier Worldwide Marketing, the global sales and marketing representative for Karisma Hotels & Resorts. “Future guests of Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana can look forward to an extraordinary vacation with unmatched amenities and entertainment that celebrate the beloved spirit of Nickelodeon, providing playful luxury for guests of all ages.”

A notable change to the resort is the addition of Snick Lounge, which is taking the place of the former Vino Vino restaurant. Snick Lounge is an upscale, ’90s-themed lounge catering to guests’ nostalgia with an arcade game room, sports lounge, and live music venue. The space will also include Nickelodeon’s iconic Big Orange Couch and other design elements reminiscent of 1990s Nickelodeon. In addition, The Sweetery, a coffee, ice cream, and sandwich spot, will take the place of the former Doppio space.

Aqua Nick will have an all-new, updated entrance, restrooms, and sunbeds with large umbrellas, as well as two new pools with a slide tower and new splash games. Along with the renovations, the resort is planning new live entertainment for 2024.
