Regent Seven Seas Cruises is unveiling a three-part trade-centric webinar series, “Grow Your Regent Business,” dedicated to helping its North American network of travel advisor partners increase their profitability.

Hosted by Regent’s chief sales and marketing officer, Andrea DeMarco, and senior vice president of sales, Shawn Tubman, the three-part series aims to give advisors the skills to earn higher commissions from Regent.

“At Regent, we are committed to support and invest in our valued travel partners to grow our business together,” said DeMarco. “Based on our research and booking trends, there has never been a bigger opportunity for luxury, as guests’ motivations have shifted and there is unprecedented demand for luxury experiences. Our new in-depth research will enhance our market-to-fill strategy, which can be leveraged by travel partners to fast-track their growth in the luxury space.”

The three 20-minute webinars are as follows: Where to Find Regent Guests (Sept. 20), Segmentation Insights (Sept. 27), and Data-Driven Marketing Tactics (Oct. 4). Each will be packed with actionable tools, tactics and tips backed by a robust customer segmentation study. The study mapped psychographic and behavioral factors of luxury cruise guests and prospects using quantitative and qualitative data points.

Following the final webinar, advisors will be given a special offer to use along with the insights they’ve gained. As an added incentive, advisors who attend all three webinars and take a post-series survey will have the opportunity to win a cruise onboard Seven Seas Explorer with a guest on a 2023 Alaska cruise.

“These webinars are just the first step in what will be a full program of heavy-weight investment and support for our valued travel partners as we look towards growth plans for 2023 and beyond,” said Tubman. “Travel partners who attend the series will unlock a host of exclusive resources and materials, teaching them how to capitalize on the valuable and fascinating findings from our customer segmentation study, which could truly transform their business.”

Attendees will also gain access to post-webinar tutorials hosted by Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ in-house marketing experts, who can offer support in maximizing marketing efforts, providing insights on direct mail and database maximization, email marketing, digital prospecting, social, video and event strategies.

Travel advisors can register for the webinars at RSSC.com/consumer-segmentation-webinar-series.
