Brightline has chosen the city of Stuart in Martin County for its next Florida station. It is expected to open in 2026.

The opening will mark the line’s entry into Florida’s Treasure Coast. It will be located on 2.35 acres in the heart of historic downtown Stuart, situated between the Miami and Orlando stations. It will be within walking distance of downtown and minutes away from Stuart’s beaches and oceanfront resorts.

“We’ve seen significant demand and support for a Brightline Station in the Treasure Coast, which was evident during this process,” said Brian Kronberg, Brightline’s senior vice president of development and construction.

Brightline recently surpassed five million rides after first launching operations in South Florida in 2018, connecting Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. In 2022, Brightline opened stations in Boca Raton and Aventura, and in Sept. 2023, the company opened a station in Orlando.
