Conrad Orlando at Evermore has been awarded the prestigious AAA Five Diamond designation, making it the first property in Hilton’s Conrad portfolio to make the list.

Evermore Orlando is a new resort that opened in early 2024. Located in close proximity to Walt Disney World, the resort boasts an impressive 20-acre beach complex anchored by an 8-acre freshwater lagoon.

The Conrad Orlando hotel by Hilton resides within the 1,100-acre resort complex contains. This 433-room luxury hotel offers upscale amenities such as a designated private pool area, the Conrad Spa and Water Garden, and upscale dining options—in addition to the other amenities shared with Evermore, such as paddle boarding on the lagoon and an 18-hole golf course.

Getting recognized as a AAA Five Diamond property is a significant milestone for Conrad Orlando; there are fewer than 150 hotels on this list each year. With this achievement, the hotel is the third in Orlando to get this recognition and the 12th in Florida overall.

Hotels and restaurants awarded the AAA Five Diamond designation undergo a detailed evaluation process that includes unannounced inspections, anonymous overnight stays for hotels, and a final review by a panel of experts. Properties are re-evaluated each year to confirm they continue to meet the program’s standards for travelers and diners.

“To maintain the exceptional standards required for this designation on a daily basis is an outstanding achievement. Five Diamond hotels and restaurants consistently exceed expectations to provide their guests a highly personalized, memorable experience,” said Stacey Barber, AAA Travel vice president.

Sean McCarron, general manager, Conrad Orlando, announced the news at the recent GTN Conference 2025, which was held at the property last week.

“We are honored to receive the acclaimed Five Diamond designation from AAA,” he said in a statement. “This award reflects the commitment of our staff and management to provide every guest with exceptional hospitality throughout their visit.”
