Evermore Orlando Resort just opened in January as the largest, most wide-ranging new luxury accommodation option for families visiting Orlando, Florida.

The 1,100-acre resort complex, which borders Disney World, boasts 10,000 rooms spread across flats, villas, single homes, and the new Conrad Orlando hotel by Hilton, all surrounding a 20-acre beach complex anchored by a crystalline lagoon.

“We’ve built something truly exceptional for visitors to Orlando by reimagining a modern destination purposefully designed to meet the needs of families and large gatherings right next to Walt Disney World,” Wally Zak, managing director of Evermore Orlando Resort, told TMR. “We’re thrilled with the positive response to our unique vacation home rental experience with luxury resort amenities since opening in early 2024.”

Amenities
The crown jewel of Evermore is the 8-acre Crystal Lagoons water feature in the center of Evermore Bay, a 20-acre tropical beach complex. The beach includes swimming areas, cabanas, private fire pits, and an aquatic adventure area with a waterslide, rope swing, and watersports.

Another standout amenity is Evermore’s two Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole golf courses. The entire resort was built around what was formerly the Grand Cypress Golf Course.

For dining, Evermore offers a lively food hall and gourmet market, as well as a casual restaurant overlooking the bay and golf course. Evermore is also home to the two-story Boathouse, which will host weddings and private events.

Rental Accommodations
Evermore has a total of 2,013 flats, villas, and vacations homes for rent ranging from two to 11 bedrooms. The villas section was formerly the Villas of Grand Cypress. Each villa has either two bedrooms or four bedrooms, and the 4-bedroom villa sleeps up to 16 people.

Flats each have four bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to 11 people. Each unit has a Bunk Room with three bunk beds and a compartmentalized bathroom for multiple guests to get ready at once. The flat complex is connected to a boardwalk leading to Evermore Bay.

Evermore’s 5- to 11-bedroom vacation homes are built as multi-family or large multi-generational group houses. Each house sleeps 15 to 32 guests and has several special amenities, including a private heated saltwater plunge pool and outdoor kitchen with gas grill, oversized common spaces, a sprinkler system, a la carte housekeeping options, contactless check-in through an app, and safety and security features including a noise aware system.

Conrad Orlando Hotel
One of Hilton’s newest luxury properties is Conrad Orlando, located within Evermore Orlando Resort. The 433-room hotel has five suites and upscale amenities, including Conrad Spa and Water Garden, zero entry pool, cabanas, fire pits, and a kids club.

The hotel offers five dining options: Apéro, the lobby bar; Sophia’s Trattoria, serving Southern Italian cuisine; the Polynesian-inspired Papaya Club; Little Spoon, a casual European-style cafe; and Ceiba, the rooftop contemporary restaurant with Mexican-style dishes.

Conrad Orlando also offers 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, including two ballrooms, seven divisible meeting rooms with natural light, two large terraces, the Lotus Boardroom, and the turfed, 9,000-square-foot Lyonia Lawn.
