First Grand Hyatt in Cancun Will Be an All-Inclusive Resort

Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort will be all-inclusive when it debuts this December, marking the first Grand Hyatt property in Cancun. 

The soon-to-open resort will offer a premium experience in Puerto Cancun, a private, gated community within one of Mexico’s premier waterfront developments. Puerto Cancun gives guests direct access to a marina and close proximity to a golf course, shopping, and dining. It is also near Cancun’s Hotel Zone and about 25 minutes from Cancun International Airport. 

Omar Vázquez, the resort’s general manager, said the property will “offer guests the opportunity to experience the destination through a fully all-inclusive experience defined by best-in-class accommodations and exceptional hospitality.” 

“Guests can immerse themselves in Puerto Cancun, with its vibrant marina, white-sand beaches and privileged location, while enjoying beautifully designed rooms and suites alongside the culinary, wellness and entertainment experiences they expect from a Hyatt resort,” he added. “Every detail will be thoughtfully curated through the Grand Hyatt lens and commitment to creating elevated stays that feel both effortless and unforgettable.”   

Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort will feature 500 guest rooms, including 47 suites, some with their own private pools. Guests in Grand Club-level suites will also have access to an exclusive lounge.

The resort will offer the Ritua Sanctuary Spa and nine multi-level pools, including an adult-only pool and an infinity pool. It will also feature the private Beach Club with its own pool and restaurant, as well as a range of water activities from snorkeling and diving to kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboarding. 

Within the resort, there will be 14 food and beverage outlets. Highlights will include Quattro, a Northern Italian restaurant; Fiera San, a sushi and omakase concept; Kaab, an international breakfast, buffet, and lunch spot; Bistrot Cigalette, a French restaurant by chef Thierry Blouet; and Chacho and Los Fuegos del Sur, featuring Argentine and Uruguayan-inspired cuisine.
