NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, has just opened on the Co Co River in Central Vietnam.
The new property is located within Cam Thanh village, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed port town known for its cobbled streets and winding waterways. It is a 174-room boutique resort boasting modern, biophilic design and featuring four restaurants, a kids’ club, and a spa and health club.
“Vietnam continues to be one of South East Asia’s most compelling travel markets, with destinations like Hoi An resonating strongly with travelers seeking stays that feel personal, culturally rich and connected to their surroundings,” said Alexandra Murray, area vice president and regional head of South East Asia, Hilton. “The debut of Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Hoi An broadens the lifestyle experiences we offer in the country, with a resort that reflects the pace, heritage and craft of Hoi An while delivering Hilton’s signature hospitality.”

The resort’s name comes from two Vietnames words: nhà (home) and an (peace). Together, the NHAAN Resort & Spa aims to offer a tranquil sanctuary for rest, comfort, and discovery of the region.
Accommodations range from light-filled guest rooms with garden or river views to deluxe and premium suites with private balconies or direct pool access. Highlights include one-bedroom Khang Suite and the NHAAN Presidential Suite, as well as 19 pairs of connecting rooms for large groups and families.
The eforea spa & health club features a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor infinity pool, and yoga deck all in a rooftop setting overlooking the Cam Thanh waterscape. Meanwhile, the kids’ club offers craft-based activities for children.
Food and beverage options include Keng Restaurant, the all-day dining venue serving both Vietnamese cuisine and international favorites, and Plait Restaurant, a Korean seafood grill with a riverside setting. There is also Bong Lounge, a cafe by day and cocktail lounge by night, and Nipa Pool Bar for light bites and refreshments.
