By becoming an AccorHotels expert, agents can better recommend the right hotel to clients. The e-learning program covers the France-based company’s diverse portfolio of brands, including Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel & Novotel Suites and Mercure.
Travel professionals will be deemed an AccorHotels Ambassador after completing 10 modules and a 20 question quiz.
Upon graduation, agents will earn a 30 percent off discount on personal bookings and VIP treatment, such as free parking, breakfast, Wifi and a welcome drink. AccorHotels Ambassadors will also receive a personalized gift every year, a newsletter and the chance to win a free stay at any property worldwide in two annual contests.
