Wynona Dyer, cofounder and partner of ALTOUR Air, will step down on July 31 to enter retirement.
The industry veteran has more than 30 years of private aviation experience and founded ALTOUR Air in partnership with ALTOUR, a business travel management company under Internova Travel Group, in 2005. Internova will now take full ownership of ALTOUR Air, which provides jet support to clients worldwide.
“Wynona Dyer has helped build ALTOUR Air into an industry leader that provides unparalleled service,” said Peter Vlitas, EVP of partner relations for Internova. “Going forward, we are dedicated to maintaining the high standards that she has set for ALTOUR Air.”
Before founding ALTOUR Air, Dyer worked in sales and dispatch at Turnberry Aviation and as a regional sales manager at Business Jet Solutions. As a result of her departure from ALTOUR, Kate Scott, current charter sales manager, has been promoted to vice president, reporting to Vlitas. Internova has also added Curt Pentecost, ALTOUR Air’s senior manager of charter operations, and new hire Joanne Rivera, to its partner relations team.
