The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has added four new airlines to its TSA PreCheck program, bringing the total number of participating airlines to 94.

Passengers flying with Norse Atlantic Airways, Lynx Air, Starlux Airlines, and Fiji Airways can now use TSA PreCheck, allowing them to expedite the airport screening process if they are enrolled in the program for low-risk travelers.

“Joining TSA PreCheck marks an important step for Norse Atlantic Airways and our customers,” said Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO of Norse Atlantic Airways. “We are now able to offer a more pleasant and efficient airport experience in the U.S. to customers who are already enrolled members of TSA PreCheck. We encourage customers eligible to join TSA PreCheck to apply for TSA’s program without delay so that they may avail themselves of the benefits offered by the program.”

TSA PreCheck is available on flights departing from United States airports. The program allows TSA PreCheck travelers to keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, and keep their large electronics, liquids, and food in their carry-on bags during the screening process. TSA found that about 99% of TSA PreCheck passengers spend less than 10 minutes waiting on line at airport checkpoints nationwide.

U.S. citizens, nationals, and lawful permanent residents are eligible to apply for TSA PreCheck. Once enrolled in the program, passengers must add their “Known Traveler Number” to their airline reservation to be eligible to pass through a TSA PreCheck lane at the airport.
