Industry Veteran Len Corrado Named CEO, Flair Airlines

Industry Veteran Len Corrado Named CEO, Flair Airlines

Former Sunwing Airlines CEO Len Corrado has been named CEO of Flair Airlines.

Flair Airlines has named Len Corrado as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 9. Corrado succeeds Maciej Wilk, who is departing the role following a transition phase at the airline.

Corrado brings decades of experience in Canadian aviation, spanning airline operations, commercial strategy, and leisure travel. Most recently serving as President of Sunwing Airlines, Flair says his background is well aligned with Flair’s next phase of growth, including the continued expansion of Flair Vacations as the carrier builds on its value-driven business model.

“Flair has made meaningful progress over the past several years, and the momentum is clear,” said Len Corrado, Flair Airlines’ CEO. “I’m excited to join an airline on the rise, to work alongside the team, and to build on the strong foundation already in place. I look forward to working with my team to drive the next stage of growth together.”

Wilk departs Flair following a multi-year effort focused on strengthening operational discipline, enhancing reliability, and evolving the business model to better align with the realities of the Canadian market. Under Wilk’s leadership, Flair delivered sustained tangible improvements in on-time performance and operational execution, becoming Canada’s most reliable and on-time airline in 2025 while continuing to expand its customer value proposition under the Flair FWD strategy.

“My mandate was always clear: bring discipline, reliability, and cost efficiency into the business, and be rigorously honest about what works and what doesn’t,” said Wilk. “Together, we built a more reliable airline, strengthened operational and financial performance, repositioned the business for long-term sustainability and created a solid foundation ready for the next phase of growth.

This transition has been thoughtfully planned, and I’m proud to pass the CEO baton to Len Corrado, a highly respected industry leader with extensive Canadian aviation experience and perspective. I leave with full confidence in the team, the strategy, and what comes next.”
