WestJet Vacations Launches Self-Serve Cancellation Feature for Travel Advisors

by Bruce Parkinson  August 14, 2026
WestJet Vacations Launches Self-Serve Cancellation Feature for Travel Advisors

WestJet Vacations has introduced a new self-serve cancellation feature for travel advisors, making it easier to manage eligible vacation package bookings directly through the WestJet Vacations Agent Portal.

Available through ‘Manage My Bookings’ on the WestJet Vacations Agent Portal, the new functionality allows advisors to cancel eligible client bookings online using the guest’s last name, booking number, email address and payment details.

WestJet Vacations says the feature provides advisors with another self-serve option to manage bookings directly and efficiently for their clients.

Select bookings are excluded, including FIT bookings, departures within 24 hours, bookings with a previous change or cancellation fee, and bookings with amendments or billing line adjustments.
