Club Med Canada is entering a new phase of growth and product innovation, with a strong focus on premium all-inclusive experiences, mountain travel, and family escapes.
As the brand continues to evolve globally, Club Med is reinforcing its commitment to travel advisors through new resort updates, enhanced product offerings, and dedicated booking support via Club Med Travel Advisor.
Key highlights for advisors include the summer relaunch of Club Med Québec Charlevoix, the ongoing transformation of Club Med Cancún, the upcoming Zen Oasis at Club Med Buccaneer’s Creek in Martinique, and future openings including Club Med South Africa, Club Med Mont-Tremblant, and Club Med Sainte-Croix.
“With major renovations and new resorts, there is a strong opportunity to grow Club Med’s visibility in Ontario,” said Jacinda Lowry, Associate Vice President of Sales Canada.

Québec Charlevoix: Summer Program
Following the winter season, Club Med Québec Charlevoix is preparing for a dynamic summer, reinforcing its position as a true four-season mountain destination. The resort continues to stand out through its all-inclusive mountain model, combining outdoor adventure, wellness, family programming, and local cultural experiences.
This summer, guests can enjoy a rich program including hiking, mountain biking, yoga, spa experiences, family activities, and immersive events. Additional highlights include trail running workshops, wellness sessions, nutrition workshops, creative experiences, and immersive 360° visual content.
The success of Club Med Québec Charlevoix is also accelerating Canadian mountain ambitions, with Club Med Mont-Tremblant set to become the second Club Med resort in Canada. Together, these two properties will create a complementary mountain offering for Canadian, American, and international travellers.
Club Med Cancún: 50th Anniversary and New Enhancements
Club Med Cancún is celebrating 50 years of freedom, connection, and discovery, while entering a new phase of transformation. Located just 15 minutes from Cancún International Airport, the resort offers one of the largest coastlines in Cancún, with three white-sand beaches, three pools, over 20 sports and activities, the Aguamarina Family Oasis, and the Jade Exclusive Collection space.

Recent and upcoming enhancements continue to strengthen its appeal for families, active travellers, and premium clients. Highlights include a reimagined Kids Club inspired by Mayan culture, the introduction of Baby Club Med, a new waterpark and playground, and pickleball courts.
Future upgrades include renovated Deluxe and Superior rooms, a new infinity pool, and a new beach and pool bar featuring a grab-and-go concept.
For travel advisors, Club Med Cancún remains a strong proposition for multi-generational families, sports enthusiasts, and clients seeking a seamless Mexican escape.
Buccaneer’s Creek: A New Adults-Only Zen Oasis in Martinique
In Martinique, Club Med Buccaneer’s Creek will unveil a new Zen Oasis, designed as a peaceful, adults-only retreat. Scheduled to open by the end of this year, the extension will include 36 Zen Deluxe rooms and 20 Zen Suites, all offering sea views.
The new area will also feature a Zen pool and a self-service Cozy Corner, where guests can enjoy refreshments in a more intimate setting.

New Horizons: South Africa, Mont-Tremblant, and Sainte-Croix
Beyond its current portfolio, Club Med continues to expand with ambitious new destinations.
- Club Med South Africa, scheduled to open in July 2026, will offer a new way to experience the destination, combining beach, culture, family programming, sports, and optional safari experiences.
- In Canada, Club Med Mont-Tremblant, planned for December 2028, will further strengthen Club Med’s leadership in mountain resorts in North America. Positioned as a premium all-inclusive Resort, it will complement Québec Charlevoix with a distinct mountain experience.
- In the United States, Club Med Sainte-Croix, scheduled to open by the end of 2027, will contribute to the brand’s expansion, supporting its global ambition to reach 100 Resorts by 2035.
“Our ambition is clear: to continue expanding with new premium Resorts while maintaining the strength of our existing portfolio,” said Lowry.

A Strong Ski Offering with No Direct Equivalent
Club Med’s mountain offering remains one of its strongest differentiators.
With all-inclusive ski packages combining accommodation, ski passes, group lessons, dining, entertainment, and kids’ clubs, Club Med delivers a simplified, high-value ski vacation experience.
“Ski is one of our strongest repeat markets because the product is incredibly comprehensive,” said Lowry. “There is no direct competition when it comes to the simplicity of an all-inclusive ski experience.”
Dedicated Support and Loyalty Program for Travel Advisors
To support advisors in selling this evolving portfolio, Club Med continues to invest in tools, training, and resources through Club Med Travel Advisor (CMTA).
Advisors can use the platform to research, compare, and book stays, access product information, and download marketing and sales tools.
The platform also houses training modules, webinars, product updates, incentives, and ongoing communication to ensure advisors feel confident recommending the right resort to the right client.
In addition, the Great Advisors loyalty program rewards travel advisors for their engagement and performance. Benefits include free nights, discounted rates, exclusive on-site perks, support from a local BDM, VIP event invitations, and client-facing advantages such as room upgrades in select resorts.
Together, CMTA and the Great Advisors program equip travel advisors with the tools, knowledge, and benefits needed to grow their Club Med business and deliver greater value to their clients.
