Fresh Tracks Canada Hosting Webinar for Travel Advisor Appreciation Month

by Bruce Parkinson  May 26, 2026
Fresh Tracks Canada Hosting Webinar for Travel Advisor Appreciation Month

Via Rail trips are part of the Fresh Tracks product line.

Fresh Tracks Canada is hosting a 30-minute webinar on Wednesday, May 27, created exclusively for travel professionals in honour of travel advisor appreciation month.

This session gives advisors a behind-the-scenes look at how Fresh Tracks’ “Canadian Insiders” work with the trade. Attendees also get access to an extended booking bonus.

Held at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET, the complimentary session is closed to clients and the public. It is designed entirely around the advisor experience, with practical takeaways for selling Canadian rail, Northern Lights, and Polar Bear adventures.

“This is the first time we’ve hosted a session built solely for the travel trade,” said Jen Tesarowski, Travel Trade Partnership Specialist at Fresh Tracks Canada.

“Advisors have told us they want a clearer picture of how we work and how our Canadian Insiders support their client relationships. This webinar is our answer, focusing on just the tools, trips, and advice advisors have asked for.”

Fresh Tracks Canada has made working with travel advisors a priority.

What Advisors Will Learn

Tesarowski will be joined by Nikita, one of Fresh Tracks Canada’s Canadian Insiders, who will share how she partners with advisors day-to-day. The session covers all three of the company’s main travel experiences — Canadian Train Vacations, Northern Lights Canada, and Canada Polar Bears — and includes a live Q&A.

Topics include:

  • Who Fresh Tracks Canada is, how the team works, and why advisors choose to partner with the company.
  • How Canadian Insiders support advisor-client relationships without getting in the way of them.
  • Real examples of how Fresh Tracks Canada has added value for advisors and their clients.
  • A closer look at all three travel experiences: luxury rail travel in Canada, Northern Lights adventures, and Polar Bear safaris.
  • Current client savings — up to $1,200 per couple on select rail itineraries.
  • Live Q&A with the Fresh Tracks Canada team.

A recording of the webinar will be sent to all registrants. You can register here.

The Fresh Tracks Canada B2B portal.

Travel advisors can also access the Fresh Tracks Canada Travel Advisor Resource Portal for itineraries and booking tools.

Extended Booking Bonus for Webinar Attendees

As a thank-you for joining, registered attendees will receive a two-week extension on the company’s Travel Advisor Appreciation Month booking bonus. Qualified bookings made by June 15, rather than the standard May 31 deadline, earn:

  • Any new Canadian train booking: $100 gift card for the advisor and a $100 gift card for the client.
  • Northern Lights or Polar Bear adventures: $50 gift card for the advisor and a $50 gift card for the client.
  • Each qualified booking also earns one entry into a draw for a spot on an upcoming Fresh Tracks Canada FAM experience. To qualify, advisors must be registered on the Fresh Tracks Canada Travel Advisor Resource Portal.
