Fareconnect.com Expands Into the United States with Launch of FareconnectUSA.com

Canadian host agency and Ensemble member Fareconnect.com has announced its expansion into the United States through the launch of FareconnectUSA.com, a separately operated company that will begin serving advisors in California before expanding into Florida in 2027.
Founded in Medicine Hat Alberta, Fareconnect.com supports a network of more than 550 travel advisors across Canada, from Vancouver to Newfoundland.
The company says it has earned a reputation for developing new travel professionals through comprehensive training, mentorship and proprietary technology designed to help advisors build successful businesses.
Fareconnect USA will operate independently under the domain FareConnectUSA.com while carrying forward the same advisor-first philosophy that has defined the Canadian business.
“As we grow in the U.S., our priority remains exactly what it has always been; helping new advisors build successful careers,” said Rick Gaudet, CEO of Fareconnect.com.

“We’re not looking to be disruptors. Our focus is on bringing new people into the industry, giving them the right training and support, and helping them build businesses they can be proud of. That’s how we believe the industry grows.”
Rick and Cindy Gaudet entered the travel industry following careers in the military. Rick’s experience as a military training instructor continues to shape the company’s approach, emphasizing integrity, discipline and hands-on coaching.
The company says the expansion also creates new opportunities for Fareconnect to strengthen its presence in the cruise market. With California and Florida serving as two of North America’s largest cruise hubs, Fareconnect plans to expand its cruise training, supplier relationships and advisor resources, helping more new-to-industry advisors build successful cruise businesses as part of their overall travel practice.
“Fareconnect’s expansion is exactly the kind of success we love to celebrate at Ensemble,” said Kristina Boyce, SVP, Operations and Member Services.
“Our role is to be a partner in our members’ growth by providing the community, relationships and resources that help them stay ahead and achieve their goals. We’re proud to support Rick, Cindy and the entire Fareconnect team as they bring their proven approach to the U.S. market.”
Fareconnect USA will begin operations in California, with plans to expand into Florida in 2027.
