Marlin Travel Teams with Lifestyle Creators to Promote Advisor Family Travel Expertise

Marlin Travel Teams with Lifestyle Creators to Promote Advisor Family Travel Expertise

Marlin Travel, the franchise agency brand within Transat Distribution Canada (TDC), is launching a new social media campaign on October 5 with Toronto lifestyle creators Jenna and Jordan Robins (@the.robinshome).

Through authentic family travel storytelling, the campaign highlights how the expertise and personalized guidance of a Marlin Travel advisor can simplify vacation planning and help families travel with confidence. Marlin Travel says the initiative reflects a broader shift in how Canadians plan travel, as social media, online content and artificial intelligence increasingly influence where travel inspiration begins.

The campaign highlights how the expertise and personalized guidance of a Marlin Travel advisor can transform an overwhelming planning process into a simple and enjoyable experience.

According to an independent Ipsos study commissioned by TDC, access to expert advice, peace of mind and trust in a real person remain among the leading reasons Canadians choose to work with a travel advisor.

Marlin Travel says advisors bring expertise and a human touch to booking family vacations.

“Today’s travellers have access to more information than ever before. In a matter of seconds, a search can generate 1,000 different opinions on where to go, what to do and how to get there,” says Marc Pelletier, Senior Director of Marketing, Communications and Events at TDC.

“The challenge is no longer finding information; it’s knowing which information to trust. That’s where travel advisors make a real difference, helping families cut through the noise and make confident decisions based on their unique needs.”

Built around the playful concept “The Toddler Decides,” the campaign follows the Robins family as their daughter Josie takes charge of planning the family’s next vacation. With the guidance of a Marlin Travel advisor, her imaginative ideas are transformed into a realistic and thoughtfully planned getaway tailored to the family’s needs, interests and budget.

The initiative builds on Marlin Travel’s February 2026 campaign featuring Simona Stallone and reflects TDC’s broader marketing strategy of positioning travel advisors earlier in the consumer journey.

Together, these campaigns aim to demonstrate how trusted travel expertise can play a meaningful role at the moment Canadians begin dreaming about their next vacation, rather than only when they are ready to book.

Campaign Highlights

The campaign will unfold across Facebook and Instagram from October 5 to November 16. Through relatable storytelling, it will show families that professional, person-to-person advice saves time and energy while creating a vacation tailored to their needs. How to Follow: Marlin Travel on Facebook, Marlin Travel on Instagram, Jenna Robins on Instagram
