TMR On Scene: The TravelOnly 2026 National Conference Aboard Virgin Voyages’ Resilient Lady

TMR Canada is aboard Virgin Voyages’ Resilient Lady to attend the TravelOnly National Conference 2026, an annual event that this year brings together more than 60 travel advisors to celebrate vision, innovation and entrepreneurship.

The TravelOnly community is coming together for several days with one goal in mind: to connect, learn and reflect on what’s next for travel professionals. Between conferences, partner meetings, discussions and networking opportunities, the 2026 edition promises a packed agenda.

TMR Canada is the only media outlet invited to cover the event, following the conversations, announcements and key moments of this national conference.

Four days at sea, two conference days, countless experiences

The September 19-24 conference features a program combining education, supplier engagement and on- and off-board experiences. Resilient Lady will make stops at Grand Turk as well as Virgin’s private Beach Club at Bimini in the Bahamas.

The conference days on September 20 and 22 promise to be busy. The agenda includes technology sessions, expert panels, supplier presentations, TravelOnly sessions and breakout sessions. Several well-known industry players will meet with participants throughout the event, including representatives of Virgin Voyages, AmaWaterways, Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Air Canada Vacations, Air Canada, TravelBrands and many more.

The TravelOnly team is also putting a strong emphasis on networking. A welcome cocktail with TravelOnly owners Ann and Gregory Luciani, group dinners with suppliers, Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Night and a closing cocktail event are among the activities on the schedule.

What to expect from the conference

A packed program will explore the growing number of tools available to travel professionals, evolving expectations within the industry and the increasingly important role of technology. For those attending, the conference offers an opportunity to step back, reassess their practices and explore new possibilities.

Education is also an integral part of TravelOnly’s approach. The company offers its network various forms of ongoing professional development, including online training, interactive presentations, bootcamps and local and international conferences.

TMR live from the ocean

During this week at sea, TMR will sit down with Ann and Gregory Luciani to learn more about their vision, the evolution of TravelOnly and their ambitions for the next chapter of the family-owned business.

Throughout the week, TMR will also connect with travel advisors and industry partners, capturing their perspectives and insights from aboard the Resilient Lady.
