AVA Resort Cancun has been awarded the AAA Four Diamond Award, recognizing the resort among leading hotels in North America and the Caribbean known for elevated quality, refined amenities, and exceptional guest experience.

“This recognition is a true testament to the dedication and passion of our entire team,” said Fernando García Rosette, General Manager of AVA Resort Cancun.

“Earning the AAA Four Diamond Award reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence across every touchpoint of the guest experience, from service and comfort to cuisine and consistency.”

The AAA Four Diamond Award is granted following rigorous, unannounced inspections conducted throughout the year by AAA.

“This award provides travel advisors with a trusted, independent validation of the resort’s quality,” said Ash Tembe, Vice President of North American Sales at AIC Hotel Group. “AVA Resort Cancun delivers the level of reliability, luxury, and service that advisors seek when recommending premium resort experiences to their clients.”

Every one of 1,622 rooms and suites at AVA Resort Cancun features an ocean view, housed in bold, curving buildings designed to mimic the rhythms of the ocean. The property promises “all-inclusive dining elevated to destination-restaurant status,” with a collection of more than 17 bars and restaurants.

Wellness is a priority at the property, with the 66,000+ square feet The Spa at AVA offering beauty treatments and total body relaxation. Plus, the FIIT Wellness Center offers over 11,000 square feet of premium workout equipment.

The property is open to all ages, featuring spaces that “let kids be kids, teens find their own vibe, and families stay connected.”
