Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC), owner and operator of several Charleston hotels, restaurants, and attractions, has appointed Lindsey Silver as its vice president of sales.

Silver will lead sales for all BHC entities, which includes The Charleston Place, a luxury hotel in the historic district, and The Cooper, a waterfront hotel that just opened in March 2026. She brings more than 15 years of luxury sales experience, most recently as executive head of sales, North America, for Oetker Hotels. She also previously held leadership roles at Pebble Beach Resorts and The Peninsula Hotels.

“Lindsey is an accomplished leader with an exceptional track record,” said Casey Lavin, president of BHC. “Her deep experience in luxury leisure sales, group business strategy, and high-impact commercial planning will be instrumental as BHC continues to build Charleston as a leading luxury destination and further shape the evolving stories of The Charleston Place and The Cooper.”

BHC also operates Charleston, South Carolina’s Credit One Stadium and the Riviera Theater, as well as Sorelle, an Italian restaurant; and American Gardens, a new public park that BHC opened about a year ago. Silver will lead sales operations for the two hotels, as well as these popular attractions.

“BHC’s dedication to the community, respecting all that’s come before us and the impact we’re making on the future strongly resonates with not only my professional objective but also with me personally,” Silver said. “I’m thrilled to be joining the team and look forward to collaborating with leadership and on-property teams to drive high-impact, meaningful growth in the luxury market across the entire portfolio.”
