Ensemble Launches Hotel Group Desk for Advisors to Help Simplify Bookings
by Marsha Mowers
Ensemble has launched Hotel Group Desk, a dedicated service for advisors with complex, large-scale hotel group bookings.
Designed for advisors with group bookings of nine or more rooms, Ensemble says it the service is in response to demand for additional support with multi-room and multi-property bookings. Ensemble will act as an intermediary on behalf of its members, handling sourcing, negotiations, and administrative coordination exclusively with preferred hotel partners.
“Group hotel sourcing can be one of the most time-intensive parts of an advisor’s workflow, said Daniel Finkel, SVP, Partner Relations, Ensemble. “Our Hotel Group Desk removes the need for members to chase multiple hotels, manage initial negotiations, and sift through availability and terms. Once a preferred option is selected, advisors are connected directly to the hotel to finalize contracting and payments, allowing them more time to focus on clients and revenue generating work.”
Requests submitted through the Hotel Group Desk will be fulfilled within 48 hours for domestic bookings and 72 business hours for international bookings, with advisors receiving three to five qualified hotel options.
The Hotel Group Desk is available exclusively for Ensemble’s preferred hotel partners, which includes a global portfolio of more than 650 amenity-rich luxury hotels and over 35,000 chain properties secured through brand agreements.
The Hotel Group Desk is now live and available to Ensemble members exclusively. For information visit www.ensembletravel.com.
