Ensemble Make-A-Wish Fundraising Gets Matching Commitment from Collette

Ensemble Make-A-Wish Fundraising Gets Matching Commitment from Collette

Travel consortium Ensemble has announced that Collette has committed to serving as the official matching partner for the remainder of its current fundraising campaign in support of Make-A-Wish, reinforcing a commitment to helping children facing critical illnesses.

Ensemble says it is already well on its way toward achieving that milestone thanks to the generosity and early leadership of member agencies including Fareconnect, Crown Cruise Vacations, Goldrush Getaways, Go Travel Company, Escapes.ca, and others.

Through The Collette Foundation in the United States and Collette Foundation Canada, Collette will offer a 1:1 match on donations up to $25,000 USD, split evenly between the two countries, through April 19.

Ensemble’s goal is to raise $150,000 for Make-A-Wish America and Make-A-Wish Canada by the time members and partners gather at Horizons in Las Vegas from May 4–7, 2026.

The consortium says that across North America, more than 75% of wishes granted involve travel experiences, making the travel advisor community uniquely positioned to help turn a child’s cherished wish into reality.

Ensemble Travel Group leaders Kristina Boyce and Michael Johnson.

“Ensemble has a long history as a proud supporter of Make-A-Wish, and we’ve seen firsthand the extraordinary impact that can be achieved when our community comes together around a shared purpose,” said Ensemble president Michael Johnson.

“With Collette stepping forward as our matching partner, we have an incredible opportunity to accelerate our efforts and inspire even greater participation across our network of members and partners.”

Melissa Snape, Head of Corporate Citizenship at Collette, says supporting Make-A-Wish is deeply aligned with the mission of the Collette Foundation.

“We believe in the transformative power of travel, and by joining this campaign we have an opportunity to help bring comfort, joy and hope to children and families who need it most. We’re proud to stand with Ensemble in rallying the industry around such meaningful impact.”

The fundraising initiative was first announced at Ensemble’s Summit event for owners/managers in October, when Johnson also shared the renewal of the consortium’s longstanding partnership with Make-A-Wish. Together, Ensemble and its members are working toward granting a total of 14 wishes shared evenly between the U.S. and Canada in advance of Horizons 2026, the consortium’s annual gathering.

Further amplifying the campaign’s impact, Ensemble’s parent company Navigatr has committed to match the $150,000 fundraising target dollar-for-dollar, effectively doubling the total contribution generated by the travel advisor community and its partners.

Horizons, Ensemble’s flagship annual event, taking place at Resorts World Las Vegas, will bring the entire network together under this year’s theme, Bring it On, with curated content, intimate conversations and direct access to Ensemble leadership and top partners to help members sharpen their edge and uncover new ways to drive revenue.
