Ensemble Wraps Horizons 2026 with 1,000 Members & Partners in Las Vegas

Ensemble Horizon 2026 participants toast Global Advisor Day.
Ensemble closed out Horizons 2026 at Resorts World Las Vegas by leaving members and partners with a clear message: the network is growing, and it’s growing differently.
With nearly 1,000 members and partners gathered for its annual flagship conference, Ensemble leaders pointed to a string of results they say reflect an organization that has found its stride — and is picking up pace.
Ensemble executives backed up their claims with statistics:
- Network-wide sales grew 11% year-over-year.
- More than 50 new agencies joined the network over the past year.
- Ensemble delivered profit sharing for the fourth consecutive year.
- Approximately 70% of members are now classified as promoters — speaking to genuine satisfaction within the community.
“The progress we’ve made has been very intentional,” said Ensemble President Michael Johnson. “We’ve stayed focused on what matters — helping advisors build more profitable, sustainable businesses. The travel advisor has never been more important or more in demand, but the job is also more complex than ever. That raises the bar for what a consortium needs to deliver, and we take that seriously.”
A Partner Ecosystem Built for Advisor Profitability
Ensemble says the heart of its growth model is a disciplined approach to partnerships — and this year, the organization took that a step further with the introduction of an updated partner tiering framework.
The new structure gives members clearer visibility into preferred partners, recognizes top performers, and creates more transparent, consistent earning opportunities across the network.
Ensemble added approximately 120 new preferred partners over the past year, bringing the total ecosystem to one of the broadest and most carefully curated in the industry. The combination of scale and selectivity is intentional: more options where it counts, stronger alignment where it matters most.

The Community Advantage
Ensemble says the quality of its community is what separates it in a crowded consortium landscape.
With referrals driving new membership and seven in ten members actively recommending the network, Ensemble says it has built something that performs not just as a business platform, but as a genuine professional home for advisors.
Programming during the three days of the conference was built around the practical realities of running and growing a travel business — margin strategies, succession planning, AI and technology, client engagement, and the evolving expectations of today’s traveller. Sessions were tailored for Owners and Managers, Experienced Advisors, New to Industry advisors, and Supplier Partners.
