Hyatt Jamaica Properties Suspend Operations, No New Bookings Through January 31

Hyatt Inclusive Collection has announced it is conducting a detailed assessment to determine the extent of the physical damage to properties in Jamaica.
The following Hyatt resorts in Jamaica have temporarily suspended operations and are not accepting new reservations through January 31, 2026:
- Breathless Montego Bay Resort & Spa
- Dreams Rose Hall Resort & Spa
- Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall
- Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall
- Secrets St. James Montego Bay
- Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay
- Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa
- Zoëtry Montego Bay Jamaica
Sandals Resorts properties in Jamaica are also undergoing damage assessments. Some have set target dates for resuming operations while others have not.
Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean & Beaches Resorts are currently undergoing damage assessments, with no specific reopening date provided yet beyond offering flexible rebooking options. Beaches Negril Resort & Spa is also under damage assessment, with a reopening date to be announced.
Jamaica’s tourism industry as a whole has a government target date to be fully operational by December 15, 2025.
