Saint Lucia’s Coconut Bay Offers Intimate Micro-Weddings at the Iconic Pitons

Couples wishing to exchange vows in one of the Caribbean’s most breathtaking settings can now book Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa’s Sapphire Wedding Package.

Created for couples who dream of an intimate micro-wedding, the package features a private ceremony at sea with Saint Lucia’s UNESCO World Heritage Pitons as the unforgettable background.

The Sapphire Wedding Package expands Coconut Bay’s extensive destination wedding offerings, which range from the complimentary Silver Wedding Package available with a qualifying seven-night stay to the resort’s multi-day Pearl Wedding Package designed for larger celebrations.

“Many couples want their wedding and honeymoon in one destination,” said Natalia Greene, VP Sales & Marketing. “The Sapphire Wedding Package gives them the opportunity to exchange vows at one of the Caribbean’s most celebrated landmarks, then begin their honeymoon at Coconut Bay the where personalized service and our Premium All-Inclusive experience come together in a truly memorable stay.”

Saint Lucia’s Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa.

Priced at $4,999 for up to eight guests including the bride and groom, the Sapphire Wedding Package begins with dedicated pre-travel planning support and continues with personalized on-site coordination after arrival.

Coconut Bay’s experienced wedding team assists couples at every stage from ceremony arrangements and customization options to the preparation of legal marriage documents for Saint Lucia.

The centrepiece of the experience is a private half-day catamaran cruise along Saint Lucia’s west coast culminating in a legal wedding ceremony at sea in front of the Pitons.

Couples exchange vows accompanied by traditional ceremony music, a tropical bridal bouquet and boutonniere for the groom, in a setting that captures the natural beauty and romance of Saint Lucia. The onboard experience also features Champagne toasts, hors d’oeuvres and a wedding cake.

Back at the resort, the festivities continue with a private dinner for up to eight guests at the oceanfront La Luna restaurant complete, with floral centrepieces and personalized menu cards. The newlyweds begin their honeymoon in a decorated room and enjoy a champagne breakfast in bed the following morning.

Coconut Bay combines personalized wedding experiences with the convenience of a Premium All-Inclusive resort. Couples can seamlessly transition from wedding to honeymoon while their guests enjoy nine restaurants, seven bars, five pools, nightly entertainment and activities across the resort’s 85 oceanfront acres.

The resort hosts only one wedding per day, allowing couples to receive the full attention of the wedding team throughout their celebration. Couples also have access to the resort’s digital toolkit which includes a Save The Date feature, downloadable wedding brochure and planning checklist, complimentary wedding website templates, free honeymoon registry and the online Happily Ever After planning platform.

Wedding planning resources are available here, and couples may create a complimentary honeymoon registry here.

The addition of the Sapphire Wedding Package follows the recent transformation of the resort’s adults-only Harmony wing, which has been redesigned as a contemporary retreat for couples.

Featuring spa-style bathrooms, hand-crafted mahogany furnishings and private balconies or patios with ocean and garden views, Harmony provides an ideal setting for a built-in honeymoon.

The resort’s family-friendly Splash wing complements the experience with accommodations and activities tailored to guests traveling with children.

Guests can currently save up to 60% Premium All-Inclusive stays in the resort’s Harmony Jr. Suites, with rates starting at US$449 per room, per night based on double occupancy, for stays of five nights or more, including on-island airport transfers from Hewanorra International Airport.
