Hyatt has unveiled new details about the upcoming Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos.

Both resorts mark new iterations of their distinct brands with all-inclusive experiences. In partnership with Parks Hospitality Holdings, Hyatt will open the properties in the second half of 2026.

“At Hyatt, we’re continuing to evolve how our brands connect with travelers, ensuring they remain distinct and compelling,” said Javier Águila, president of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection. “Drawing on our deep expertise and leadership in elevated all-inclusive, we’re selectively bringing this model to these two new hotels, combining the ease of all-inclusive with the exceptional design, service and sense of place that define the Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt brands.”

Park Hyatt Riviera Maya

The new Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is set to open by the end of 2026 and currently taking reservations for stays beginning Feb. 15, 2027. The property is set on a secluded stretch of Caribbean coastline between Cancún and Puerto Morelos.

The resort will blend the Park Hyatt brand’s elegant, residential-like design and personalized service with the all-inclusive concept. It will have 148 guestrooms and suites overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There are select rooms with private pools and plunge pools, as well as a 2,300-square-foot penthouse.

Dining will be completely a la carte with several restaurants centering around Mexican cuisine and seafood. There will also be a coffee bar with curated Mexican beans and a cocktail bar, The Botanist, with premium wine and spirits programs.

The resort will also feature a beachfront pool with private cabanas, indoor and outdoor events spaces, an open-air spa garden with secluded treatment spaces, daily wellness programming, and preferred access to El Tinto Golf Course.

Grand Hyatt Los Cabos

The all-inclusive Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa will open later this year within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf oceanfront community in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is currently taking reservations for stays beginning Feb. 15, 2027.

The 301-key property will comprise 244 standard rooms and 57 suites, including 42 swim-out rooms. These also include one-bedroom suites and a 4,602-square-foot Presidential Suite, many with bathtubs, plunge pools or private pools.

The resort will have five a la carte restaurants and five bars, ranging from beachfront dining, rooftop and poolside bars, and a market café to a refined steakhouse, pan-Asian and Italian cuisine, and an intimate speakeasy.

Multiple ocean view pools will be hubs of the resort, including an adults-only pool, family-friendly infinity-edge pools, a beachfront family pool, and a dedicated splash park. There will also be an 18-hole golf course, fitness center, kids and teen clubs, and pickleball courts, as well as a spa with 12 treatment cabins.
