Playa’s AgentCash+ Merging into Hyatt’s Confidant Rewards Program

November 06, 2025
Playa’s AgentCash+ Merging into Hyatt’s Confidant Rewards Program

The Playa Hotels and Resorts rewards program AgentCash+ is merging into Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s Confidant Rewards program starting today, with an official transition end date of January 9, 2026.

AgentCashPlus.com will remain accessible for direct bookings and hotel resources. December 31, 2025 is the last day to register 2025 bookings (checked out by Dec 31, 2025) in AgentCash+.

“As we prepare to close out the Agentcash+ program, we want to thank our incredible travel advisor community for their continued partnership and enthusiasm,” Freddie Marsh, Business Development Manager, Western Canada & Atlantic Canada, Playa Hotels & Resorts told Travel Market Report Canada.

“As we transition to the Hyatt Inclusive Collection Confidant Program, we’re excited to offer a fresh, enhanced platform that continues to recognize and reward the advisors who make our success possible.”

Beginning January 1, 2026, previously registered AgentCash+ bookings for 2026 travel will begin to migrate to Confidant Rewards. Registered and eligible direct bookings will earn double points in Confidant Rewards.

January 9, 2026 will be the last day to redeem in AgentCash+, points for a free stay, cash, or gift card. Cash redemptions will be at $1.00 per 1 Point with a minimum 50-point redemption.

2026 Bookings are now eligible for the Confidant Rewards program. Advisors can register and opt into the program on confidant.hyattinclusivecollection.com.

Hyatt completed its acquisition of Playa Hotels & Resorts in June 2025, which saw an expansion of Hyatt’s all-inclusive resort portfolio in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.
