Sandals Unveils New Island Routes Adventures & Free Wedding Package

Sandals has announced two new offers designed to elevate the destination wedding experience at its Jamaican resorts.

The new offers coincide with Sandals’ efforts to reimagine its Jamaica properties: Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Caribbean Cay (formerly Sandals Royal Caribbean), and Sandals South Coast. As announced in June, the three resorts are getting upgrades across guest services, accommodations, and dining as part of a $200 million transformation project. Renovations are expected to be complete by the end of 2026.

For travelers looking to hold a destination wedding at one of the three Jamaica properties in 2027, Sandals is offering a free Sweetheart Wedding Package, as well as a collection of private, bespoke adventures created for proposals, destination weddings, vow renewals and milestone occasions.

The upgraded Sweetheart Wedding Package applies to parties up to 50 guests, and includes a dedicated wedding planning team, ceremony venue, bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, private cocktail reception, wedding cake, photography and videography credits, spa savings, and romantic honeymoon amenities. The resort will also waive the Jamaica marriage license and administrative fees (valued at $250).

To qualify for the package, couples must book a minimum five-night stay in a Club or Butler category room for travel within 2027 at one of the three Sandals resorts in Jamaica. The offer applies to elopements, petite weddings, and micro-weddings.

In addition to the wedding offer, Sandals has also unveiled a new portfolio of experiences curated for wedding parties. The Celebration Collection by Island Routes features private and elevated adventures that can be packaged with a wedding, which promise white-glove service and VIP access. Activities available in the collection include private catamaran sailings, waterfall and secluded cove adventures, luxury beachside lunches, artisanal chocolate and rum pairings, Jamaican culinary masterclasses, bamboo river rafting, and immersive cultural tours through Montego Bay and historic Falmouth.

Travelers who book now will also benefit from The Great Jamaica Comeback Sale at Sandals Resorts, which offers up to $1,500 in instant credit, up to $350 in air credit (when booked with Unique Vacations Inc.), and a complimentary Jamaican adventure. To qualify, travelers must book by Sept. 7, 2026 for travel through to Dec. 25, 2027. Savings and inclusions vary by length of stay and travel dates.
