Morocco-Bound: Explore Worldwide Launches its First FAM Ever for North American Advisors

Explore Worldwide is holding its first-ever familiarization trip designed specifically for North American travel advisors to Morocco from June 7-13, 2026.

The company is offering a select group of up to 10 advisors the opportunity to experience the company’s small-group travel style firsthand and is open to all accredited North America travel advisors. Interested advisors can submit applications now through April 1, 2026 at https://www.exploreworldwide.ca/travel-advisors/morocco-fam-trip.

Initial selections will be announced on April 7, 2026. Participation must be confirmed by April 17, 2026. 

“Launching our first North American familiarization trip is an exciting milestone for us,” said Aaron Fitzpatrick, Business Development Manager at Explore Worldwide. “It is an invaluable opportunity to showcase what makes the Explore’s style of group travel so distinctive. Whether advisors are new to the industry or seasoned pros, there is just no better way to understand the product than by seeing and experiencing it firsthand.”

The seven-day itinerary highlights the depth and variety of a typical guided tour experience, taking travellers from the rugged landscapes of Tighza and the earthen lanes of the UNESCO-listed Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou to a memorable night camping among the sweeping dunes of the Sahara. Additional highlights include meeting local artisans in Tamgroute, known for their distinctive green pottery, and a culinary tour through Marrakech featuring some of the city’s most beloved and iconic dishes.

The journey is designed to showcase a range of travel styles and accommodation options, all led by one of Explore’s expert tour leaders, offering a firsthand look at the kind of immersive experiences clients can expect on a guided tour.
