Top Performers Return from Peru with TDC

TDC’s Bravo Excellence Trip has wrapped.
30 franchise and affiliate agency owners are back from Transat Distribution Canada’s Bravo Excellence Club reward trip, held in collaboration with G Adventures in Peru.
“For nearly 20 years, the Bravo Excellence Club reward trip has been our way of recognizing these sales leaders,” Karine Gagnon, TDC’s General Manager.
“This trip offers us an incredible luxury, a rare and essential commodity: time. Time to enjoy the destination, of course, but most importantly, time to connect with colleagues,” Gagnon said. “I cannot overstate how vital this direct feedback from our members is to me and the leadership team members who join me.”

Dianne Jackson, Director of Franchise and Affiliate Members and a member of TDC’s leadership team, echoed this sentiment. “These trips are far more than just well-planned itineraries,” she stated. “They are an invaluable opportunity to connect deeply with our owners, to understand what drives them, the challenges they face, and their business aspirations. On a more personal note, it strengthens my ability to better support our agency owners with greater sensitivity.”
The winners arrived in Lima via Air Transat and were immediately immersed in the Peruvian atmosphere. The itinerary showcased G’s commitment to local and authentic stops in Cusco, Aguas Calientes, Sacsayhuamán, and, of course, Machu Picchu.

The trip wrapped with an “Evening of Recognition” at the lavish Artisano restaurant in Cusco, where Gagnon, alongside Joseph Adamo, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Transat and President of TDC, Dianne Jackson, and her Quebec colleague, Colette Girard, congratulated the deserving owners for their efforts.
TDC announced the 2026 Bravo Excellence Club will be a Mediterranean immersion aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Dawn, departing from Lisbon, Portugal, and traveling to Barcelona, Spain, with stops in Ibiza and Palma, Mallorca, among other destinations.
