The new brand, announced last August, is designed for travelers in their 40s and 50s.

In this new role, Morcombe will lead the organization, planning, and expansion of TDC’s franchise and affiliate business across Canada (excluding Quebec).

“We’ve underperformed in Canada,” said Stephen Cotter, managing director of Ireland’s CIE tours, over a Zoom link from Dublin. The executive has plans to change that.

The Groups Excellence Loyalty Program features a three-tier structure—Silver, Gold, and Excellence—determined by the number of group passengers booked during the qualification period.
