Tailor-made travel specialist Goway spent the month of March meeting travel advisors from across this country, from Victoria, BC to Halifax, NS.
The Spring Roadshow made eight stops, enabling over 400 attendees to hear presentations from Goway’s Account Managers and GroupsOnly team, enjoy special guest appearances from Air New Zealand and engage in networking and collaboration with travel partners.
The Spring Roadshow also provided a chance to discuss many of Goway’s new initiatives, including the launch of its Solo Women Travel line and recent technological improvements including an updated website.

Goway offered advice on how advisors can work with its products to capitalize on travel trends, such as the increased popularity of Festival & Special Events packages in advance of the FIFA World Cup. Goway also emphasized the value of being a human-centric, technology-driven organization in an ever-changing industry.
“In a world where AI is commonplace, the personal touch is increasingly important to foster genuine connections and meaningful business partnerships,” says Rares Dumitru, National Account Manager for Goway.
“Our Spring Roadshow was a great opportunity to connect in person, build bonds, gather feedback, and create the sort of relationships upon which successful businesses are built. We want to make the lives of travel advisors easier, so connecting at our Roadshow was essential to grow as a company and tap into the pulse of the industry.”
Jason Stratford, Strategic Account Manager at Goway, says the industry is growing and evolving at a rapid pace, and travel advisors are faced with a seemingly endless number of choices.
“Our Spring Roadshow was all about helping advisors make sense of their options and showing how Goway can make customized travel easier. Let’s face it — planning trips these days can feel like reading a map upside‑down. We’re here to turn it the right way up,” Stratford said.

He added: “Hearing directly from advisors is just as important. Their feedback helps us fine‑tune what we do. The Roadshow is part education, part conversation — and a genuinely enjoyable way to connect with the people we’re here to support.”
Goway says it received exceptional feedback from travel advisors who attended, as well as valuable insights on how to be the best partner in tailor-made travel.
“I walked away with so many new insights for me — and my clients,” said Jean Ryder from Travel Best Bets, who attended the Victoria, BC event. “There are endless ways for agents to learn these days, but when you make the effort to visit our city, showing up is the easiest choice to make.”
Goway will continue to host events for travel advisors across Canada, with its inaugural Asia Forum set for June in Toronto, ON and a stop in Edmonton, AB for its Fall Roadshow in October. Learn more at GowayPro.com.
