Goway has announced that Dean Moore will step into the CEO role, and that founder and president Bruce Hodge is entering a new chapter in storytelling.

Hodge will remain as Goway’s president and chairman, and will continue to oversee the subsidiary corporate travel division, Globespan Travel Management.

Moore joined Goway in 2025 as chief operating officer, tasked with strengthening the leadership team and aiding the company’s strategic growth. Based in Toronto, the industry veteran has over 25 years in the global travel space, and held C-suite roles at several travel companies, including president and CEO at iTravel2000 from 2015 to 2016.

Since stepping into the COO role, Moore has delivered double-digit growth, streamlined the tour operator’s operations, and improved the technology systems.

“Dean shares my ambitious vision for Goway as the leading tailor-made travel company for globetrotters,” said Bruce Hodge. “He has helped move the needle dramatically through his tenacious leadership and rigorous commitment to driving results. Our leadership board and I feel we have found exactly the person to propel Goway into the future.”

As CEO, Moore will oversee Goway’s North American operations and the subsidiary companies Across Australia (Sydney) and INA Prime (Manila), with a focus on overseeing strategic initiatives targeting technological innovation, company culture, and business growth.

“In a very short time, I’ve been incredibly impressed by the passion, dedication, and performance of Goway’s teams around the globe,” said Moore. “It’s truly our people that will define our success in this era of technological change. It’s a privilege to continue leading Goway on our journey as the leader in tailor-made travel.”

Goway has also announced a new storytelling project from Hodge. Called Tales from the Road, the seven-part series explores Goway’s origins, from its founding as a one-man operation in 1970 to the global tour operator it is today. The first instalment is live on goway.com

In addition to his responsibilities as president and chairman, Hodge intends to devote more time to philanthropy and defining Goway’s legacy.
