Onvigo Adds Training Veteran Bernadine D’Souza to Support Team

Bernadine D’Souza has joined Onvigo.

Onvigo has announced the appointment of Bernadine D’Souza, a seasoned travel industry professional with more than 25 years of expertise in sales, training, and leadership, as the newest addition to its Training Team.

The company says her arrival marks a step in Onvigo’s strategic shift from a learning and development model to a focused, training-specific approach designed to equip travel advisors for lasting success in today’s fast-evolving travel market.

D’Souza was a Travel Branch Manager for over two decades, and she has opened, closed, and merged retail locations while leading teams to repeatedly surpass revenue goals. Onvigo says her leadership style is rooted in mentorship, hands-on coaching, and an unwavering commitment to professional excellence.

D’Souza has also worked as a Training Manager and Workforce Development Manager, specializing in elevating advisor performance. Earlier in her career, she served as a Business Development Manager for an air consolidator in Toronto and shared her industry knowledge as a travel and tourism instructor at both public and private Ontario colleges, helping to inspire the next generation of travel professionals.

“What excites me most about joining Onvigo is the chance to empower travel advisors with practical, real-world skills they can implement immediately,” says D’Souza.

“This industry is constantly changing, and I’m here to make sure our advisors are not just keeping up but leading the way. Training is a passion and being able to impart real world instances to help new members thrive really excites me.”
