The Travel Agent Next Door has announced the launch of what it calls a “revolutionary” all-inclusive booking engine, built entirely in-house by the TTAND IT team, using homegrown Softvoyage technology.

TTAND says the new platform “sets a new industry benchmark as the best solution available on the market today for booking all-inclusive sun destination vacations.”

“Our travel agents are at the heart of our success,” said Jeff Element, COO, The Travel Agent Next Door.

“With this new booking engine, we’re equipping them with the best tool on the market to deliver richer, more personalized travel experiences. By integrating a robust internal portal and offering detailed property content, we’ve ensured that both our agents and their customers can enjoy a seamless journey from inquiry to booking.”

TTAND’s COO Jeff Element and Founder, Flemming Friisdahl.

Element added: “Every feature, from dynamic pricing and advanced sorting to comprehensive pricing breakdowns, has been designed to exceed industry standards — and the excitement among our agents confirms that this tool will truly redefine the travel booking experience for all-inclusive sun destinations.”

Dan Langevin, Chief Commercial Officer at Softvoyage said: “Over the years, Softvoyage has consistently developed technology to empower host agencies. Our tools are designed to enable agents to work faster, easier, and with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. We are truly impressed with TTAND’s development using our technology and are confident that it will support TTAND’s growth for many years to come.”

Key Features and Innovations:

Customizable Look & Feel: Agents can tailor the engine’s design to align with their unique brand identity, ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Deals Section: Users can easily highlight exclusive packages and promotions that capture customer interest and drive bookings.

Pricing Calendar: An intuitive calendar view displays dynamic pricing trends and seasonal fluctuations, enabling smarter booking decisions.

Real-Time Data & Dynamic Pricing: Provides up-to-the-minute availability and competitive rates that ensure every offer is current.

Detailed Insights: Benefit from market-leading sorting options and transparent, detailed tax breakdowns, providing clarity and confidence in every transaction.

Mobile-Friendly Design: A responsive interface ensures a seamless booking experience across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Internal Portal Access: Agents can monitor and manage all their bookings via a dedicated internal portal, while associate agents within each agency can access their own bookings—streamlining operations and enhancing service efficiency.

Rich Resort Property Content: Extensive, engaging property details and multimedia content equip customers with all the information they need to make informed decisions.

“I was thrilled to have the new booking engine running on my website,” said Lorie Nearing of Memory Bank Travel.

“Shortly after posting about it on social media, I received a notification of a new booking,” she said. “My clients appreciate this easy and convenient way to book online, while knowing they’ll still receive personalized service from our agency. We aim to provide the best possible booking experience, even for those who book online.”

The new all-inclusive booking engine is now live on every TTAND agent’s website. For further information, you can click here to see a demo.
