Travel Planners International, Travefy Announce New Partnership

On Monday, Travefy announced a new partnership with Travel Planners International (TPI) to bring its full suite of tools to all 5,800 of TPI’s advisors at a discounted rate. The tools include Travefy’s CRM, itinerary builder, and agent websites.

As part of the agreement, Travefy will also integrate with TPI’s internal back-office system.

“TPI is known for its commitment to its advisors, and we’re proud to be a part of that mission,” said David Chait, Travefy’s CEO. “We built Travefy to help advisors run a better business and deliver memorable client experiences without the technological challenges. This partnership unlocks new ways for TPI advisors to save time, grow faster, and stand out in a competitive market.”

For TPI, the Travefy deal is the second major deal that the host has signed with a technology company this summer. In June, it inked a deal with Tern, to bring the travel tech company’s CRM technology to TPI advisors.

Just as the Travefy deal gets TPI members discounted membership, the Tern partnership included TPI and Tern jointly investing in a “buy down” initiative to reduce the cost of onboarding and support services for TPI members.
