Costa Cruises has promoted Priscilla Reyes to the position of head of sales for North America, effective May 1. She will oversee strategic and national accounts, charter and incentives, and field sales to help grow the Italian brand’s footprint in North America. She replaces LaDonna Allen who left to take a position at Travel Leaders Network.

Reyes will report to Dario Rustico, general manager for North & South America.

“During her time with Costa, Priscilla has grown exponentially, having acquired deep knowledge of Costa’s people, product, programs and systems, in addition to building a deep relationship of respect with our network of key trade partners thanks to her commitment, passion and great personality,” said Rustico. “We believe she is the best candidate to take over this position…”

Reyes was appointed head of sales from her role as a business development manager with Costa where she worked closely with the cruise line’s largest trade accounts.

“Heading up North American sales for Costa is an honor, and I am proud to represent a brand that exemplifies Italian excellence, innovation and world-class service,” said Reyes. “As we continue to expand our presence in the North American market, I am committed to strengthening our partnerships and driving growth across the region. I look forward to working with the sales team and our travel partners in my new role, building on the relationships I formed over the past year.”
