Crystal Cruises Finalizes Order of Another Ocean Cruise Ship
by Daniel McCarthy /Crystal Cruises is adding another ocean cruise ship.
Crystal announced today it was officially signing a new deal to add another 690-passenger ship to its fleet, joining Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. Crystal had previously announced a new order with Fincantieri in June, and this is the first ship of the order.
Like its sister ships, the new ship will feature all-suite accommodations, all with private verandas, with the highest crew-to-passenger ratio in the segment.
While not a ton has been revealed yet, Crystal did confirm that the ship will have the Nobu restaurant Umi Uma along with Beefbar. It also said that the ship will have the Casino de Monte-Carlo, which is set to debut on Crystal Symphony this month and Crystal Serenity in December.
“We’re pleased to bring an expanded fleet to our guests, offering even more ways to explore the world with the extraordinary service and style synonymous with Crystal,” Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group, said.
