MSC Reveals Details of 115-Night 2028 World Cruise

MSC Magnifica is out of dry dock after a major refurbishment.

Bookings for the 2028 MSC World Cruise are now open, enabling your clients to unpack once and explore more than 40 destinations across 29 countries during a 115-night voyage.

The trip will be hosted by the newly refurbished MSC Magnifica, which now features the exclusive MSC Yacht Club, offering guests more comfort, privacy, and personalized service.

Magnifica will sail from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean, across the Pacific, into Australasia, through Asia and the Arabian Peninsula before returning into the heart of Europe.

With seven overnight calls in destinations such as Lima (Peru), Papeete (Tahiti), Sydney (Australia), Hanoi (Vietnam), and more, guests can immerse themselves in local culture, cuisine, and experiences during their extended stay.

This itinerary features brand-new destinations and includes rare calls to some of the world’s most unique and remote wonders, such as Grand Turk Island (Turks & Caicos),Nuku’alofa (Tonga) and Arica (Chile).

The new sailing promises once-in-a-lifetime experiences, including the Panama Canal, where guests will navigate through the iconic passage linking the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, surrounded by tropical landscapes and rich biodiversity.

Guests can choose from embarkation ports including Civitavecchia, Genoa (Italy), Marseille (France), and Barcelona (Spain) on January 4, 5, 6 and 7, 2028 (respectively).

As part of their cruise ticket, guests will enjoy a range of added benefits designed to enhance their journey. These include 15 shore excursions included in the booking price, a complimentary Dine & Drink beverage package featuring house wines, draught beer, and a selection of other drinks served during lunch and dinner, as well as a 30% discount on laundry services.

In addition, Classic level MSC Voyager Club members and above will receive a 5% discount on their booking price, and the points earned from the World Cruise will be tripled and credited before departure, instantly unlocking valuable privileges and extras.
