When Star of the Seas launches in late August of this year it will feature five signature shows across stage, water, air, and ice, including “Back to the Future: The Musical,” along with the Lincoln Park Supper Club and three new dining concepts in the AquaDome Market.

“At Royal Caribbean, we know that dining and entertainment are at the heart of our guests’ vacation experiences and memories,” said Kara Wallace, chief marketing officer, Royal Caribbean. “With the Icon Class lineup redefining what it means to vacation, Starpushes the boundaries of flavors and entertainment with a mix of brand-new and fan-favorite offerings, so every kind of vacationer can make memories of a lifetime together and in their own ways.”

Star of the Seas Dining

Unique to the Icon class is the AquaDome Market, which on Star of the Seas will have three new concepts serving up smoky pulled pork and beef brisket, Southeast Asian regional favorites like pad thai and beef panag; and South American staples like empanadas and arepas.

The Lincoln Park Supper Club makes its debut on Star of the Seas. Located in Central Park, the venue is a sensory-rich, multi-course dining journey inspired by 1930s Chicago that pairs live jazz with curated dishes that nod back to the Windy City’s iconic spots.

Returning favorites onboard Star include Chops Grille and Izumi Hibachi & Sushi, among others.

Star of the Seas Entertainment

Beyond “Back to the Future: the Musical,” new shows that guests will enjoy will include “Create” in the Royal Theater, which follows the soul-searching journey of a curious robot, KRE-8, and features song, dance, and visual arts. Also new will be “Pirates & Mermaids” in the AquaTheater, which combines dance, artistic swimming, and thrilling dive skills, all set to a comedic vibe, and culminating in a heartwarming lesson about the “true treasure of life.”

Also new will be “Torque,” which Royal Caribbean describes as a “revved-up” aqua show featuring athletic artists and divers, synchronized swimmers, dancers, and slackliners.

Star of the Seas debuts on August 31, 2025, sailing seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean sailings from Port Canaveral.
