Royal Caribbean Corp. has further extended the suspension of calls to Labadee, its private island destination in Haiti.
Calls to the port have already been cancelled through November, but now the earliest that Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises might stop there is May 2026.
Guests and travel advisors were notified of the extension via email.
“We have been monitoring the evolving situation in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and out of an abundance of caution, we’re canceling our visits to Labadee through the end of April 2026,” the company said.
Guests will be refunded for any pre-booked shore excursions. Depending on the sailing, Labadee might be replaced by a sea day, or a call to Nassau, Grand Turk, or Cozumel.
The U.S. State Department reissued it’s “Do Not Travel” warning for Haiti in July 2025. The warning has been in place continuously since July 2023.
