San Juan

“Recent advancements on major tourism infrastructure, like our main airport fully operational with back to normal schedules and operational cruise ports and hotels, show a steady pace towards our rebuilding path,” executive director of Puerto Rico Tourism Jose Izquierdo said.

Royal Caribbean has already been sailing from San Juan since the first week in October.

Carnival Cruise Line will return to San Juan on Nov. 30 with Carnival Conquest and will then resume weekly sailings starting Feb. 18, 2018.

St. Maarten
According to St. Maarten’s minister of tourism, economic affairs, traffic and telecommunication, the island is “open for business.”

Carnival will head back to St. Maarten with Carnival Sunshine on Jan. 15 while Royal Caribbean will make its return to the island when Grandeur of the Seas makes a call on Nov. 5.

St. Thomas
Carnival Cruise Line won’t return to St. Thomas until Jan. 9 with Carnival Glory while Royal Caribbean will return on Nov. 10 with Adventure of the Seas.

Holland America plans to return to St. Thomas on Nov. 25 with Nieuw Amsterdam, according to the LA Times.
