With the arrival of Virgin Voyages’ fourth ship – Brilliant Lady – less than a month away from its arrival into New York City, Virgin has revealed some of the key differences between its newest ship and the three prior ships.
Here are the biggest changes:

Revamped Roundabout
At the heart of every Virgin Voyages ship is the Roundabout, where cruisers will find guest services among other key spaces. For the first time on a Virgin Voyages ship, there will be no record ship in the Roundabout. Instead, the line has expanded seating areas that “create intimate conversation clusters.”
Beyond Beer at Draught Haus
The reimagined Draught Haus still has all the craft beers a cruiser might desire, but on Brilliant Lady the menu has been expanded with barista-made coffees and a full bar including cocktails on tap, wine, and bubbly.
Relax with a View
With Alaska on the schedule for Brilliant Lady, Virgin removed an entire wall in the Athletic Club to add an “uninterrupted glass canvas” and turned the lounge beds around so they face outward to the magnificent views.

Rojo by Razzle Dazzle
As previously announced, Virgin Voyages has tweaked its Razzle Dazzle restaurant, including both the menu and the décor. Instead of black and white, Rojo by Razzle Dazzle features terracotta and crimson hues to reflect the restaurant’s new Spanish, tapas-style cuisine.
Sea Terrace Updates
Brilliant Lady is slightly narrower than its sister ships, as a result Virgin Voyages had to make the Sea Terrance balconies a tad bit smaller, as well. As part of the restyling of the balconies, these cabins now feature two red hammock chairs instead of one.
Brilliant Lady’s inaugural “MerMaiden” voyage departs New York on Sept. 5, 2025.
