Contiki Launches 4 New Asia Tours
by Sarah Milner /Contiki has announced four new journeys for Asia, including the brand’s first trip to the Malaysian part of Borneo.
The tour operator, which specializes in trips for travelers aged 18 to 35 years old, is launching four new trips to popular destinations in Asia: Borneo Adventure, Philippines Island Hopping East, China Adventure, and Eternal India Express.
Borneo Adventure is a nine-day trip that focuses on the region’s wildlife. Highlights of the journey include a visit to Bako National Park, a day on the Selingan Turtle Island, and a cruise over the Kinabatangan River.
Philippines Island Hopping East is being launched in response to the high demand for Contiki’s other journey to the country, Philippines Island Hopping, which was introduced earlier this year. For travelers who want to see both the eastern and western parts of the Philippines, there is also the 22-day Ultimate Philippines Island Hopping trip available to book.
The new Eternal India Express trip offers an affordable option to visit India’s top tourist attractions. The package includes tickets to the Taj Mahal, a tiger safari in Ranthambore, and a tour of Old Delhi’s streets on a tuk tuk.
Finally, Contiki is reintroducing China Adventure, which is a 12-day trip exploring Chinese sights.
“Expanding our range of trips in Asia has been on the top of our agenda for a couple of years now. Keeping in mind the cost of living crisis, we’ve focused on making these trips budget-friendly for our young travelers,” says Adam Armstrong, CEO at Contiki.
Contiki, part of TTC Tour Brands portfolio, is currently offering several Black Friday deals. For more information on this and to view all of the brand’s new trips, visit the Contiki website.
