Fresh Tracks Canada Extends Qualifying Deadline for Polar Bear FAM Trip

by Bruce Parkinson  September 02, 2025
Fresh Tracks Canada Extends Qualifying Deadline for Polar Bear FAM Trip

The new Fresh Tracks Canada B2B portal.

Fresh Tracks Canada has extended the deadline for Travel Advisors to qualify for the exclusive Polar Bear Tundra Buggy Safari FAM trip until September 12.

Advisors who register for access to the new Travel Advisor Resource Portal by the new deadline will automatically be entered to win a spot on this once-in-a-lifetime journey to Churchill, Manitoba, taking place November 10–17, 2025. (One valid registration per travel advisor.)

The prize includes an extraordinary stay at the Tundra Buggy Lodge, where the winner will have the rare opportunity to observe polar bears directly outside their window, interact with researchers, and enjoy breathtaking views of the northern skies.

Fresh Tracks Canada has made working with travel advisors a priority.

Launched earlier this summer, the Travel Advisor Resource Portal gives advisors a streamlined way to:

  • Explore detailed sample itineraries across Fresh Tracks Canada’s three distinct travel styles — Canadian Train Vacations, Northern Lights Canada, and Canada Polar Bears.
  • Access customizable marketing materials, including flyers, maps, and travel guides.
  • Submit client inquiries directly to Fresh Tracks Canada’s team of local experts.

“We’ve been thrilled by the response to our new Travel Advisor Resource Portal,” said Tamara Mallin, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Fresh Tracks Canada.

“By extending the registration deadline, we want to ensure even more advisors have the chance to explore our resources — and have the chance to win a spot on this unforgettable FAM trip.”
